2 nights Manyeleti | 2 nights Sabi Sand | 3 nights Cape Town
I would like to thank you Melanie for everything you’ve done for us and for preparing the wonderful trip which we really have registered a great number of memories and many, many photos. It was a gorgeous and unforgettable trip.
Upon arrival at Johannesburg Airport you are met by our representative, who will hand over your documents and assist you to check in for your local flight to Hoedspruit Airport.
From Hoedspruit Airport you are transferred by road to the Manyeleti Private Game Reserve, part of the Greater Kruger National Park. You have time to settle in at your lodge before you set off on the afternoon game drive in the Manyeleti.
Forming part of the Greater Kruger National Park, the Manyeleti Reserve has no fences and the wildlife is able to cross freely between the Manyeleti and the rest of the Greater Kruger National Park. Manyeleti is prime “Big Five” territory, offering exceptional possibilities for viewing the elusive leopard. Other Big Five animals (lion, rhino, buffalo and elephant) are also spotted on a very regular basis. Furthermore, with more than 300 bird species present in the area, Manyeleti makes a great safari destination for wildlife enthusiasts, photographers and bird watchers alike.
The Manyeleti Reserve is a remarkable natural sanctuary known for its exceptionally high concentration of animal and bird life. Close contact encounters are guaranteed as the animals are not threatened by the presence of vehicles thanks to sound conservation management policies. Safaris are led by experienced rangers coupled with local Shangaan trackers. The Manyaleti is one of the lesser-known Kruger reserves, which means fewer tourists and a lower concentration of game drive vehicles.
This morning you are collected at 04h20 and taken to the launch site for your Hot Air Balloon trip. Your luggage will be collected separately and taken to the landing site.
After the experience, you enjoy a light breakfast at the landing site before you are collected for your transfer southwards by road to the Sabi Sand Reserve, also part of Greater Kruger.
There is time to check in before you depart on your afternoon game drive.
Forming part of the Greater Kruger National Park, the Sabi Sand Reserve has no fences and the wildlife is able to cross freely between the Sabi Sands and the rest of the Greater Kruger National Park. The safari experience in the Sabi Sand is highly personalised because game drive vehicles have exclusive traversing rights in their area. The Sabi Sand Reserve is a remarkable natural sanctuary known for its exceptionally high concentration of animal and bird life. Close contact encounters are guaranteed as the animals are not threatened by the presence of vehicles thanks to sound conservation management policies. Safaris are led by experienced rangers coupled with local Shangaan trackers. With exceptional sightings of leopard (usually the most elusive of cats), lion, rhino, elephant and buffalo during game drives – visitors are never lacking in exciting photographic content
This morning you enjoy your last game drive before bidding farewell to this African wonderland. You are collected from your lodge and transferred to Nelspruit Airport for your flight to Cape Town.
Upon arrival in Cape Town Airport you are met and transferred to your hotel for a three night stay.
