Phinda Forest Lodge has stunning views over the wetland pan and offers numerous game viewing activities such as guided game drives and nature walks as well as exciting rhino tracking excursions. Other activities include exploring the teeming waterways on canoe and motorboat cruises.
Phinda Forest Lodge has 16 air-conditioned glass chalets, raised on stilts and set among forest trees. The luxurious chalets’ classic Japanese minimalist architecture enhances the tranquility of the forest setting, and the overall effect is absolute privacy. Small buck like nyala and shy duiker can occasionally be seen nibbling leaves in camp. Each spacious chalet comprises a bedroom, lounge and en suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Suites also offer a wooden deck from which to enjoy the wrap-around forest views.
