Overview
Our first visit to South Africa could not have been better!
We chose Pembury Tours and picked Anya as my agent after reading many good reviews. She worked diligently and tirelessly with me to finalize the itinerary after many back and forth emails. She responded promptly each time. She was flexible and provided good advice and exceptional service. Once in South Africa, Anya stayed in touch for the entire trip, ensuring all accommodations and transfers were successful.
Her choice of hotels and lodges, and other vendors, were first rate. We all had an unforgettable safari experience and also enjoyed the beauty of Cape Town very much. We highly recommend Anya and Pembury Tours if you want personalized service.
